We've opened the Spanish market in 2022 and are experiencing an important growth in this country! In this context, we are looking for an intern to reinforce our Operations team and help us absorbe this increasing demand. 
For each delivery, the mission of the Operations team is to find the right driver to deliver the car and handle emergencies or unexpected issues that can happen on the road. 

💫 Your role:

1. Route allocation and optimisation

• Selection: Identify and assign the best driver for each job based on their availability and budget.

• Optimisation: Create smart route combinations to maximise the efficiency of our logistics network.

• Negotiation and interpersonal contact: Maintain daily telephone contact with our network of drivers. Interpersonal skills are essential in your role to negotiate and agree on a fair rate for everyone (Hiflow and the driver).

2. Support in emergency management

• Dealing with unforeseen events: Responding swiftly to the unforeseen events typical of the transport sector to minimise their impact (via phone calls and emails)
