We opened the Spanish market in 2022 and it has shown impressive growth, reaching +120% in the last period. It is our fastest-growing market today! In this context, we are looking for an Operations Specialist to strengthen our Operations team and help us absorb increasing demand.
For each delivery, the mission of the Operations team is to find the right driver to deliver the car and handle emergencies or unexpected issues that can happen on the road. 

💫 Your role:

• Your #1 role: Emergency management: the world of transport is full of unforeseen events. Our aim is to minimize the repercussions of these unexpected events, so that journeys can be completed with peace of mind for both customer and driver,

• Route allocation: this involves identifying the most suitable driver for the delivery, based on availability and quotes submitted. As part of this task, you might have to negotiate to find a price that's fair for both us and the driver,

• Drivers management: You will help maintain a quality relationship with our network of independent drivers: answer their questions, onboard them, help them with invoicing and make sure they deliver a great service to our client.

• Improving and implementing internal processes: In addition to your daily operational run, you will be able to help us improve our operational processes, to improve efficiency and quality of service for our customers and drivers.

• You are problem solver: enthusiastic by nature, you know how to analyse a situation and take actions to resolve any issue. 

• You have good communication skills: you're comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone, you know how to adapt your speech. 

• You have good stress management skills: you are able to handle emergencies without panicking. 

• Minimum B1 Level in English: you can understand English in a professional environment.
