and already available in Belgium, Spain and Italy, we’re on a mission to reinvent and unlock mobility in Europe.

We've opened the Spanish market in 2022 and are currently experiencing massive growth in this market (+110%)! In this context, we are looking for a dedicated Business Developer to act as our frontline ambassador, opening new territories, driving revenue, and establishing Hiflow as the go-to solution for vehicle logistics in Spain.

💫 Your role:

You will own the entire sales cycle for the Spanish market, from relentlessly hunting for new B2B opportunities to closing deals, before ensuring a smooth handover to our CSM and KAM.

What you will actually do:

  • Targeted Prospection: Identify and reach out to new B2B prospects across Spain, with a strong focus on car dealerships and vehicle rental companies.

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire negotiation process, from the very first cold call or email to the final contract signature.

  • Field Presence: Travel extensively across Spain (several times a week) to meet prospects face-to-face, build strong relationships, and close deals on the ground.

  • Seamless Handoffs: Once a deal is won, organize a clean handover of the account to our Customer Success Managers (CSM), Key Account Managers (KAM), or the Country Manager for long-term growth.

  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with our Operations teams to ensure the logistical solutions you sell are perfectly executed and align with client expectations.

Job requirements

✅ This job is for you if:

  • You are an energetic, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Developer.

  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You are convincing, you don't take "no" for an answer easily, and you are driven by targets and results. A true hands-on approach is essential—you are ready to dive in and get things done.

  • Great Interpersonal Skills: You are a true relationship builder. You know how to read people, adapt your communication style, and create genuine, strong business relationships quickly and effectively.

  • Business Travels: You must be comfortable with frequent travel across Spain to meet clients and prospects.

  • Language Proficiency: You must be Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken). A professional working level (minimum B2) in English is also required for internal communication and documentation.
