We opened the Spanish market in 2022, and it has shown impressive growth, achieving +120% in the last period. It’s our fastest growing market today! As our next Business Developer, your role will be critical: you will be a key driver in accelerating our growth and help us become a leader in the Spanish automotive logistics market.

You will be joining our dynamic Spanish Team (8 people), based in Madrid, and will report directly to the Country Manager, Rafa.

💫 Your role:

From Hunter to Partner, smaller businesses to major automotive companies, your responsibilities will cover the entire sales cycle, ensuring both aggressive growth and long-term client satisfaction:

1. Business Development & New Client Acquisition

  • Market Penetration: Identify, qualify, and target new business opportunities within the automotive sector (dealers, leasing companies, rental companies, etc.).

  • Target Segments: Focus on B2B clients, spanning Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) and strategic Key Accounts.

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to closing the deal.

  • Multi-Channel Prospecting: Proactively prospect through various channels: direct email, cold/warm calling, in-person business meetings, and participation in relevant industry fairs and events.

2. Account Management & Client Relationship

  • Long-Term Partnership: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, positioning Hiflow as a trusted partner.

  • Growth Opportunities: Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies within your existing client portfolio to maximize client value and loyalty.

3. Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Client Satisfaction Guarantee: Work closely and collaboratively with our internal Operations (Ops) Team to ensure flawless service execution and rapid resolution of any issues, guaranteeing exceptional client satisfaction.

Job requirements

✅ This job is for you if:

  • You are an energetic, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven Success: You already have a strong and successful experience as Sales in B2B.

  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You are convincing, you don't take "no" for an answer easily, and you are driven by targets and results. A true hands-on approach is essential—you are ready to dive in and get things done.

  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: You are a true relationship builder. You know how to read people, adapt your communication style, and forge genuine, strong business relationships quickly and effectively.

  • Language Proficiency: You must be Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken). A professional working level (minimum B2) in English is also required for internal communication and documentation.

  • Mobility: You must be comfortable with frequent travel across Spain to meet clients and prospects.

  3. Case study with Jean and Javier, Business Developer.

  4. Culture fit interview with other members of the Spanish team and French Team.
