We opened the Spanish market in 2022, and it has shown impressive growth, achieving +120% in the last period. It’s our fastest growing market today! As our next Key Account Manager, your role will be critical: you will be a key driver in accelerating our growth and help us become a leader in the Spanish automotive logistics market.

You will be joining our dynamic Spanish Team (8 people), based in Madrid, and will work closely with the International Director, Spanish Country Manager and Business Developer.

💫 Your role:

As an expert and trusted partner, you manage a diverse portfolio of B2B clients to make Hiflow their number one logistics choice. You combine strategic vision, account expansion and problem solving to ensure sustainable growth.

1. Strategic Portfolio Management

  • Key Account Excellence: Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of B2B clients, ranging from large Key Accounts (Leasing companies like Arval or Ayvens, car rental companies like Revel, car manufacturers…) to specialized Small and Medium-sized Businesses (local dealerships and franchises).

  • Client Loyalty: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships, ensuring Hiflow remains the top-of-mind solution for all their vehicle transport needs.

  • Hiflow Expertise: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, understanding their specific seasonal needs and logistical constraints and anticipate how Hiflow can help solve those logisitical pain-points.

2. Account Growth & Upselling

  • Portfolio Growth: Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies within your existing portfolio. You will analyze client usage patterns to propose new extra-services (express delivery, car handover, cleaning…) or higher volumes.

  • Strategic Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to present performance KPIs, identify pain points, and align Hiflow’s roadmap with their evolving logistical challenges.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay close to the automotive ecosystem (fairs, events) to anticipate shifts in the leasing and rental markets.

3. Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Client Satisfaction Guarantee: Work closely and collaboratively with our internal Operations (Ops) Team to ensure flawless service execution.

  • Problem Solving: Act as an internal advocate for your clients, ensuring rapid resolution of any issues and guaranteeing an exceptional level of satisfaction.

  • Onboarding: with the help of the Business Developer, ensure a successful integration of new clients into the Hiflow platform.

Job requirements

✅ This job is for you if:

  • Proven Success: You already have strong and successful experience in Key Account Management, working with strategic and demanding clients, in a fast-paced environment.

  • The "Partner" Mentality: You move beyond a simple service provider role to become a strategic partner. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by client satisfaction and portfolio growth (upselling/cross-selling).

  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: You are a true relationship builder. You know how to read people, adapt your communication style to different stakeholders (from dealership managers to C-level executives), and forge genuine, lasting business bonds.

  • Language Proficiency: You must be Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken). A professional working level (minimum B2) in English is also required for internal communication and international collaboration.

  • Mobility: You must be comfortable with frequent travel across Spain to visit your clients and maintain a strong physical presence on the field.
