Founded in 2012, Hiflow is a digital platform (web and mobile) that is revolutionizing single-vehicle delivery.
Our mission? To enable our customers (Stellantis, Europcar, Tesla, Ayvens, Arval, etc.) to move their vehicles from point A to point B using a simple and fast solution and a network of over 10,000 independent drivers.
As the market leader in France, with a presence in Spain, Belgium, and Italy, we play a key role in a sector undergoing rapid change. Digitalization, the rise of long- and medium-term rentals, and the transition to electric vehicles ⚡️ are just some of the changes we are supporting.

Every year, we work on a Development Plan with the aim of defining Hiflow's strategic priorities for the coming year. 🚀
During a seminar lasting several days, and using a methodology based on collective intelligence, all our teams come together to reflect on objectives and actions aligned with the company's vision.
To structure this project, several employees—the Fly Masters—have been trained to support the teams.

This French government index calculates the pay gap between men and women.
In 2024 and 2025, we achieved an outstanding score of 93/100, rewarding our efforts to ensure equal pay for our employees.

All employees have access to the pay ranges associated with each position and each level of seniority. The grid ensures fairness, provides visibility to employees, and is reviewed annually to remain aligned with the market.

In 2023 and 2024, Hiflow received the EcoVadis medal for its CSR performance, recognizing our commitment to sustainable and responsible practices.

We are proud of our HappyIndex®AtWork rating of 86.5/100, placing us 6th out of more than 600 companies for our work environment.
